How to sell class packs online

Class packs let clients pay for several visits up front and book sessions as they use them. A clear pack policy and a tested booking flow make credits easier for both clients and the studio to manage.

Choose the pack structure

Decide how many class credits a pack includes, its total price, and which classes can use those credits. Work out the per-class value and compare it with drop-in pricing and any membership option you offer. Keep the rules simple enough to explain before checkout.

Write the usage terms

Tell clients when a credit is consumed, whether missed or late-cancelled bookings use a credit, and whether credits expire or can be transferred. Make sure your terms reflect the settings and actual way your studio operates. Do not promise expiry, transfer, or refund behavior unless you support it and it is lawful where you operate.

Create and test a credit pack

Create a credit-pack pricing package for the class offering and set its credit count and price. Publish the class schedule, purchase a test pack, and book a class as a client to confirm the credit is applied as expected. Check the client record and payment view after the test.

Keep the schedule easy to use

Make class names, times, capacity, and booking rules consistent. Turn on a waitlist for classes that fill up, and choose whether clients must claim an opening or can be enrolled automatically. Explain how clients will hear about an available spot.

Common questions

Can clients book classes using pack credits?
Jade supports credit-pack pricing for offerings. Create the package, then test a client purchase and class booking to confirm the credit flow for your setup.
How many credits should a class pack include?
Choose a count based on how often clients attend and what commitment you want to offer. Compare the per-class value with drop-in and membership pricing before publishing.
Can I also offer memberships?
Yes. You can offer packages and memberships alongside classes. Make the difference between a finite credit balance and recurring or unlimited access clear to clients.
