- Does Jade take a cut of my revenue?
- Free has a 5% Jade platform fee on payments. Pro has no platform fee. Stripe's processing fee applies to both plans.
- Do my clients need a Jade account?
- No. Clients book through your public page or an embedded schedule without creating a Jade account.
- What's the AI agent and do I have to use it?
- The optional agent can answer questions about bookings, revenue, clients, and offerings. It requires your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key.
- Can I migrate from another platform?
- Contact us about importing client data. You can rebuild course content with the curriculum editor, which supports video, text, and file attachments.
