Terms of Service

These terms describe the responsibilities and conditions for using Jade.

Last updated October 4, 2026

Agreement and service

These terms apply to your access to and use of Jade, including its website, scheduling, bookings, classes, courses, client-management, payment, and optional AI features. By creating an account or using Jade, you agree to these terms. If you use Jade for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access given to people in your organization. Contact us through the contact form if you need help securing or closing an account.

Business responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for their offerings, prices, availability, booking rules, client communications, course materials, and the services they provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use information and content you submit, and to send the notices or collect the consents required for your business. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your services, clients, learners, and transactions.

Payments, fees, and subscriptions

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. Businesses are responsible for their prices, refunds, taxes, and payment-related commitments to clients. Jade's platform fees, plan limits, and subscription price are shown in Jade's pricing and billing screens. The free plan may include a platform fee; Jade Pro currently removes that platform fee. Stripe processing fees may still apply. Paid subscriptions renew and can be managed from Settings → Billing. Refunds or cancellations by a business are governed by that business's policies and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Jade to:

  • break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate harm or fraud;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
  • access another account, organization, or data without authorization; or
  • send spam or misuse booking, messaging, payment, or AI features.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Jade permission to host, reproduce, transmit, and display that content as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Jade and its licensors own the service, software, and brand. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party's intellectual property.

Third-party and AI features

Jade may connect to third-party services such as Stripe, Clerk, and providers selected by a business for optional AI features. Those services are governed by their own terms. AI features can produce incomplete or inaccurate results; review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them. You are responsible for deciding whether to enable AI features and what information to send to an AI provider.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Jade available and accurate, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Jade is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Jade is a software service, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jade and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The final limits and any required consumer protections must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where Jade is offered.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Jade and close your account by contacting us through the contact form. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to a legal requirement, or address a material breach of these terms. Account closure does not cancel obligations or payments already due, and some records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Jade changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another process. For questions about these terms, use thecontact form.
