How Jade waitlists work
When a scheduled class is full, clients can join its waitlist. If a place opens, Jade follows the promotion mode set by the business.
Confirmation mode
Jade offers the open place to the next client on the waitlist. The client uses the link in the notification to claim it.
Automatic enrollment mode
Jade automatically enrolls the next client when a place opens. If payment setup prevents automatic enrollment, Jade falls back to a claim link.
Business settings
Each business chooses its waitlist promotion mode in booking settings. Clients join through the public class schedule.
Common questions
- Does joining a waitlist guarantee a place?
- No. A place is offered or assigned only when capacity opens. Promotion follows the business's waitlist setting.
- Can a business choose how waitlists are promoted?
- Yes. A business can require clients to claim an offer or enable automatic enrollment when a place opens.
