FAQ

What counts toward the 3-offering limit on Free?
Only published offerings count. Archive one to free a slot; drafts do not count.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe sets its card processing fees. They apply on both Free and Pro, in addition to Jade's Free-plan platform fee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade from Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Is there a trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro includes a free trial. You can start on Free without a credit card.
What happens if I exceed 3 offerings on Free?
Your published offerings stay active. Archive one or upgrade to publish another.
Do my clients pay anything to Jade?
No. The Free-plan platform fee is deducted from your payout, not added to the client's payment.
