How Jade installment payments work
Providers can offer eligible packages as installment plans. Clients choose the plan at checkout and pay according to its schedule.
Set up a plan
Choose the installment count and interval when creating a pricing package. The first payment is collected at checkout.
Scheduled charges
Jade creates the remaining payment schedule and charges the saved payment method on each due date through Stripe Connect.
Manage payments
Clients can review their plan in the payment portal. Providers can review installments and manage failed payments from the dashboard.
